8 to 12 booked estimates a month, or you pay nothing
Get Off the Brush. Run Your Painting Business Like a CEO.
You chase the leads all day, then paint all week. I take the chasing off your plate. Homeowners who are ready to buy, booked on your calendar. You show up and quote.

The Problem
You Didn't Start This to Work Two Jobs
Dinner with your phone in your hand. You're texting price shoppers while your kid asks you something twice before you hear it.
Four quotes this week. Nothing to show for it. Two ghosted. One wanted a number over the phone. That's six hours of driving you'll never bill.
Take a week off and the pipeline goes quiet. Because you are the pipeline. That's not a business. That's a very demanding job.
The Process
How It Works
1
We get homeowners interested
Ads that put your work in front of homeowners in your area who want their house painted.
2
My team calls every single one
Not you. We call and text each lead, find out who's serious, and book only the good ones.
3
Your calendar fills with estimates
All you do is show up and quote. No phone tag, no chasing, no admin at nine at night.
Most companies hand you a list of leads and wish you luck. We do the calling.
Nazarii was on the ladder every day with one other painter. He wanted to step back and run the business, but he couldn't justify hiring until the work was reliably there. So we filled his calendar first and let him hire against something real. Today he's booked four weeks out, and the only thing he does on a job site is walk it and write the estimate.

The Work That Fills These Calendars
This is what a full calendar looks like.
Other Trades, Same Problem
Other Results I've Gotten Clients
Mike and Hans run auto repair shops. Different trade, same problem: local, appointment-driven, and dead in the water without a full calendar.

Auto Repair Shop Owner · 30 years
Thirty years in, and May 2026 was the best month he's ever had.
Mike didn't want growth that meant more stress on him personally. So we changed how work comes in instead of how hard he chases it. He went from one technician to three.

The Outcome
What Changes in 90 Days
Your evenings are yours
The phone stops being a leash. Dinner is dinner and Saturday is Saturday.
Better jobs, not more jobs
Fewer driveways, higher close rate, bigger tickets. Your quoting time turns into revenue instead of mileage.
You can finally hire
Steady work is what lets you add a painter without gambling. It's how Nazarii went from two to four.
Is This For You
This Isn't for Everybody
Don't do this if:
Your crew is maxed out and you're not hiring. More estimates just make a mess.
You won't run the estimates yourself. Homeowners buy from the owner, especially at the price point you want.
You compete on being the cheapest. If price is your only pitch, they'll find someone lower.
It's not magic. It only works if you show up to the estimates we book.
Who You're Talking To
I'm Vince

I'm not going to pretend I have fifty painting companies. I have one. I'm looking for my second.
Which means you're not client number 47 getting handed to a junior account manager. You get me and my cell number, a 24/7 direct line of communication. I only take on what I can personally run, which is why there are a few spots and not a few hundred.
“They're more on the ball than I am most of the time.”

The Guarantee
You Carry None of the Risk
You get 8 to 12 booked estimates a month, or you pay nothing and I send you $1,000.
I hit the number
You're done with phone tag. Your calendar fills with homeowners ready to buy, and your nights belong to you again.
I don't
You pay nothing, I wire you $1,000, and you keep everything we built. I eat the loss, not you.
You pay per booked estimate. Not a monthly retainer.
No long-term contract either — cancel any time. If nothing lands on your calendar, you don’t pay a dime.
All of it in writing before you spend a dollar.

FAQ
Straight Answers
How many painting companies have you done this for?
One. Nazarii, above. He went from two painters to four and hasn't picked up a brush in months. I'm looking for my second, which is exactly why the guarantee is this aggressive. I'd rather carry the risk than oversell you.
What counts as a booked estimate?
A homeowner in your area who told us what the job is, when they want it done, and that they've seen your price range — and who picked a time slot on your calendar. No-shows don't count. Renters and out-of-area don't count.
What does it cost?
$75 to $250 per booked estimate, depending on your market. You're not paying a retainer for effort — you pay for appointments that actually land on your calendar. Ad spend is separate.
How fast does it start working?
About two weeks to build. Most see their first booked estimates in weeks three and four. Anyone promising a full calendar next Tuesday is guessing.
What do I actually have to do?
One onboarding call, then show up and quote. I'll need photos of your work and your service area. That's it.
Is my area already taken?
Probably not yet. I work with one painting company per market — I'm not sending the same homeowner to two clients. We'll check your city in the first two minutes of the call.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. No long-term contract, cancel any time. If it's not working for you, you shouldn't have to wait out a term to leave.

Pick a time below. 15 minutes, and I'll be the one on the call.
What happens on the call:
1.I check if your city is still open. Two minutes.
2.I ask what you charge and how many estimates you run a week.
3.If it's a fit, I show you the plan. If it isn't, I'll say so and we're done in ten.
